SolidMotion Posts is het planningshulpmiddel van SolidMotion (Chris Cooijmans). SolidMotion maakt berichten voor zijn eigen Instagram- en Facebook-accounts en voor die van klanten, en plant ze met dit hulpmiddel in. Alleen SolidMotion logt in. Klanten koppelen hun account een keer, met hun eigen toestemming via Meta.

Als een Instagram-account wordt gekoppeld:

• het Instagram-account-ID, de gebruikersnaam en het accounttype (zakelijk of creator);
• het toegangstoken dat Meta geeft, de rechten die zijn verleend en de datum waarop het token verloopt;
• de publicatielimiet van Meta (hoeveel posts er in 24 uur nog mogen).

Als Facebook-pagina's worden gekoppeld:

• het Facebook-gebruikers-ID en de naam van degene die koppelt (SolidMotion);
• per pagina het pagina-ID, de naam, de taken die het profiel op de pagina heeft en het paginatoken.

Per geplaatste post: het ID van de post bij Meta, de link ernaar, het tijdstip en eventuele foutmeldingen van Meta.

We lezen geen berichten, reacties, volgers, statistieken of profielgegevens van bezoekers. De foto's, video's en teksten van de posts maakt SolidMotion zelf.

Alleen om posts die SolidMotion heeft gemaakt op het gekozen moment te plaatsen, en om te controleren of dat gelukt is en of de koppeling nog werkt. We verkopen niets, tonen geen advertenties, maken geen profielen en delen de gegevens met niemand anders dan de dienstverleners hieronder.

• Database, bestanden en serverfuncties: Supabase, in de regio Frankfurt (EU).
• De website: Vercel, met de serverfuncties in Frankfurt (EU).
• Meldingen per mail aan SolidMotion zelf: Resend.
• Toegangstokens worden versleuteld opgeslagen (AES-256-GCM). De sleutel staat niet in de database en niet in de website, alleen bij de serverfuncties die met Meta praten.
• Inloggen kan alleen met een eenmalige code per mail, en alleen voor SolidMotion.

• Toegangstokens: zolang de koppeling actief is. Bij ontkoppelen, bij intrekken van de toegang in Instagram of Facebook, of na een verwijderverzoek worden ze direct verwijderd. Meta laat ze bovendien zelf verlopen (Instagram na 60 dagen als ze niet worden ververst).
• Account-ID, gebruikersnaam en paginagegevens: zolang SolidMotion voor dat account posts plant.
• Gegevens van geplaatste posts: zolang de samenwerking met de klant loopt. Daarna verwijdert SolidMotion ze op verzoek.

Je kunt vragen welke gegevens we van je account hebben, ze laten corrigeren of laten verwijderen. Verwijderen kan ook rechtstreeks via Instagram of Facebook: zie Gegevens verwijderen. Mail anders naar chris@solidmotion.nl. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

SolidMotion Posts is the scheduling tool of SolidMotion (Chris Cooijmans). SolidMotion creates posts for its own Instagram and Facebook accounts and for those of its clients, and schedules them with this tool. Only SolidMotion signs in. Clients connect their account once, with their own consent through Meta.

When an Instagram account is connected:

• the Instagram account ID, username and account type (business or creator);
• the access token issued by Meta, the permissions granted and the token's expiry date;
• Meta's publishing limit (how many posts are still allowed in 24 hours).

When Facebook Pages are connected:

• the Facebook user ID and name of the person connecting (SolidMotion);
• per Page: the Page ID, name, the tasks the profile has on the Page, and the Page access token.

Per published post: the post ID at Meta, its link, the time and any error messages from Meta.

We do not read messages, comments, followers, insights or visitors' profile data. The photos, videos and captions are created by SolidMotion.

Only to publish posts created by SolidMotion at the chosen time, and to check that this worked and that the connection is still valid. We sell nothing, show no ads, build no profiles and share the data with no one other than the service providers below.

• Database, files and server functions: Supabase, Frankfurt region (EU).
• The website: Vercel, with server functions in Frankfurt (EU).
• Email notifications to SolidMotion itself: Resend.
• Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). The key is not in the database or the website, only in the server functions that talk to Meta.
• Sign-in is only possible with a one-time code by email, and only for SolidMotion.

• Access tokens: while the connection is active. They are deleted immediately when an account is disconnected, when access is removed in Instagram or Facebook, or after a deletion request. Meta also expires them (Instagram after 60 days unless refreshed).
• Account ID, username and Page details: as long as SolidMotion schedules posts for that account.
• Data about published posts: as long as the collaboration with the client continues. After that, SolidMotion deletes it on request.

You can ask which data we hold about your account, have it corrected or have it deleted. You can also request deletion directly through Instagram or Facebook: see Data deletion.
